Sometimes I just want something special and have it feel like I’m treating myself, along with being healthier. Enjoy this video of my very first, but not my last Blooming Onion… hugs

  1. I enjoyed watching this, Laura. We got one of those same air-fryers for Julie’s daughter this year, and she raves about how good it cooks things. She is bringing it here on the 27th, to help us cook dinner for nine people.
Best wishes, and have a very Merry Christmas.

    1. I bet that air fryer sure did help with the cooking for such a large crowd. I just love mine and my electric pressure cooker, the One Pot.. I’m pressuring a corn-beef brisket for tonight’s meal with sweet potatoes on the side. Having to forego too much cabbage, since my ulcers like to scream at me when I eat that now. Mercy, getting older shows you too many times what you can not eat anymore… But, I’m loving the discounts at some of the stores.. Makes all this grey hair worth every strand… Take care, Laura

      1. We used the air-fryer for the vegetarians, as we cook our roast potatoes in goose fat, and they cannot eat it. It was a long day, but everyone was well-fed! šŸ™‚ x
