Wading into the sea ~ Animation Number Two

Well folks, Mother nature has put us back into the deep freeze ~ Today it is in the minus thirties again, and I’m not going outside!  I’m not sure why the first animation after uploading to YouTube was so tiny. This second one I think shows larger for you to see as I travel along this path of trying to remain sane during this cold snap here in Northern Ontario , Canada.

I’m dipping into the Animation Waters

Man it’s cold outside! We’ve dipped back into freezing temperatures. We were spoiled last week with milder temps, ranging between -9 and -5.. Oh well it’s still wintertime in this city of mine. So, I got bored on Sunday afternoon, you know between the time I shoveled the driveway and time to begin dinner.

Here’s a little sample of my very first attempts at simple animation… I think I’ve found a new hobby to get me through winter in between the days I’m waiting on the cold porcelain Griffin to  dry between layers..

Sometimes you wanna have fun!

Friday the 13th 2017 ~ Good Morning

I certainly miss my days before retirement. I use to eagerly await Friday, because the weekend was on the horizon and I always looked so forward to putting my feet up. Now, I can do that at any time of the day right? Not so much….

I think I’m tired of all this snow already and just want to return to work. Hum, just kidding…

Cold Porcelain Clay & Purple Nail Polish

This brand new year of 2017 shines through the deep snow here in Northern Ontario, Canada. For me January is a brand new beginning for me to try new things and hopefully learn a lot more about technology.

I did learn that an I Pad has a little camera eye on both sides of the unit, and if you’re not careful you’ll wind up putting your hand over the microphone and folks will miss out on what you’re trying to say, while filming so to speak.. When it’s digital is it still called filming? There’s no film around at the time, just invisible bits and bites.. That use to be sold in the grocery store as a snack food… Go figure.. That’s definitely something for me to ponder over..

On with the show.. and I promise to get better…
