Day One ~   I was given this lovely challenge from a fellow blogging friend of mine, Anju  https://anjusworldblog.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/3-days-3-quotes-challenge-day-2/comment-page-1/#comment-357.

I usually try to fly by the seat of my thoughts most times for my own blog, as you can see you never know what you are going to get from day to day. It could be cooking or a picture I’ve taken, or just the simple thoughts of the day.

But, this beautiful young woman picked little old me to nominate for this quest, and yes I look at it as a quest and an honor to have been chosen by her from the many others that are also perfect for this challenge.

I could see an opportunity to surf the inter-webs for quotes that ring true to me on each of these next 3 days. Oh what a joy it is going to be ~ It’s like a journey into a candy store, browsing around for just the right one to fit my mood for the day.. So, if you are interested in joining me on this 3 Day ~ 3 Quotes Challenge,  please join in as this can and is a lot of fun. Who doesn’t want to visit a candy store of words, searching for something that sparks your day…

I am suppose to nominate others for this challenge, but most I find really don’t like these coming at them, as they dislike saying no to the person.. So, if this challenge sounds like something you would enjoy doing ~ Come on & Jump aboard….Hugs and many thanks my dearest friends on Word Press…

  1. You got off to a flying start with this one, Laura.
I have a favourite quote, it is from Oscar Wilde.
“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars”.
It is a line from his play, ‘Lady Windermere’s Fan’. (1893)
I have tried to live my life thinking about the implications of those words.
    Best wishes, Pete.

      1. Thank you kindly, Pete.. But I would love to shout out that you joined me in this little quest of mine.. Perhaps, it will get others looking up quotes too.. And, of course I’ve given Oscar Wilde credit for the quote.. But you brought this to light for me.. Take care, Laura
